Duvall has really started to look like the Adam Duvall of last season since his hot streak after he first got called up.

But unless they call up Pache or Waters, we don't really have a choice as long as Dansby is out.

It has become clear that Johan Camargo isn't a viable option for an everyday player. Nice bench piece, but last season was clearly more of an exception than the norm.

Once Dansby is back, Charlie takes Duvall place in LF.

Unless Pache and/or Waters come up in September

And if neither is gonna hit, you go with the better glove, and Duvall does have a good glove in left field.

I wouldn't be opposed to giving Joyce a few starts along the way until then. He does something good every time he gets a start.

I don't know that we're going to survive a month though with a 3 man bench

It's stupid IMO, especially considering we have two starters in the pen in Newk and Tomlin if we keep the standard 8 man pen. You can't call up Pache or Waters to serve a bench role, but there's gotta be some AAA player that can fill in as a bench piece.

Lane Adams is the perfect bench piece IMO, and Duda is a nice power bat off the bench.

You're right. Ron Gant in 90 AND 91. That's fucking impressive
