I wouldn't be mad a 3-3, but I wouldn't be happy either.

I'm kind of hoping getting Acuna in the lineup will give the team a spark and they go on a little run.

Kinda crazy that we haven't had a winning streak longer than 2 games all season(and knock on wood, we haven't had a losing streak longer than 2 games either)

I'll be leaving for Talladega tomorrow after work, so I won't be able to watch this weekend's series.

And it was cool than Jonny Venters made his first appearance last night since the 2012 Wild Card Game, which was the last game of Chipper's career.

When he was on, I'm not so sure that his stuff wasn't better than Kimbrel's.

It's early, but he looks like the real deal.

Hopefully he can keep it up and be moved to the cleanup spot.

Just imagine what Freeman could do if he had some actual protection behind him.

And don't get me wrong, I like Markakis. He does his job, and has done about what was expected when we signed him, and when you just need a fly ball to get a run home, Markakis would be my first choice for that spot, but the fact is, he's a singles hitter with not much power, and there's not a pitcher in the game that fears him, and he's not a deterrent to pitching around Freeman.

I'm going to hold off on making any snap judgments because we have seen plenty of younger guys start hot and fizzle out. I agree with you on Markakis. He is a great player but lacks power and speed.

That was the first video I saw. I only heard the radio call.

Guess Dansby just hit it too high, because it was over the foul pole.

It probably should have been ruled a home run. Thankfully it didn't play into the outcome of the game. Not near as bad as them initially ruling Cespedes' foul ball a home run for the Mets.
