I hope Snit and AA decide to scrap that plan of only playing Ender against RHP, Duvall aint worth it.

I am willing to give it more time before I scrap him. Ender is playing well, and it could very well be that the trade lit a bit of a fire under his ass. If so, it was worth it just for that reason.

I'm just glad he's gonna be on a bad team after this season.

They're gonna lose Harper and Murphy. I know you couldn't tell it today, but Zimmerman is a shell of his former self.

Strasburg is injury prone and hasn't been that good, and he's gonna be making over 30 million, and behind Scherzer in the rotation, they don't have anyone that scares you.

They won't be down long because their farm system isn't baren like ours was, and they have good young players under team control in the bigs, but they're gonna take a step back next year.

Frenchy might be like Tom Glavine and be in for the home games.

Also, I don't like the idea of taking Ender out after another good game. He had 200 hits last season, and you can't do that without being able to hit lefties. He had a really bad first half, but it looks like he's figured it out.

Duvall is an all or nothing guy that is nothing more than a power bat off the bench that happens to also play a good left field.

I guess that's the one good thing about having a terrible team. You can afford to let the young pitchers figure it out with the big club, but just from the numbers, it looks like control was Glavine's biggest issue as a youngster, which is usually the case with young pitchers.

I'd have a little more faith in Allard if he was simply walking too many people. My thing is, I just don't think his stuff is good enough to miss bats. He needs to scrap the straight 90 MPH 4 seam and switch to a 2 seam, cutter or sinker and aim for groundballs if he's gonna have a chance.

He was a September call up in 2010, but he was real young when he got called up. I remember Braves fans on the internet killing Troy Glaus every night because he was terrible after April and was blocking Freddie. But Glaus wound up making the game saving play in that one playoff game we did win.
