Worked the count, fouled off some pitches and it paid off with a homer.

At least Ender worked the count that time. But what happened to him just pitching it over the SS head?? It seemed like thats all he did last year.

Ender hat two 90 MPH fastballs right down the middle there and could do nothing but foul them off.

But at least we made it a ball game again and made Stripling throw over 30 pitches.

I think the fact that he's starting today with a righty on the mound and Tucker is on the bench is pretty telling.

Really, if he keeps doing what he's doing, he's gonna be tough to keep out of the lineup. The fact that he can play every infield position and the corner outfield spots should help his cause.
