The Hank Aaron throwbacks are pretty sharp IMO.

I really wouldn't mind if they became the every day home unis again.

But they can wear shorts like the White Sox used to for all I care if they make a trade or sign a free agent that will help the team.

Sounds like we are bringing back the Red jerseys(which I loved btw) and are getting new Road Grays

Mixed feelings about bringing Markakis back. It's highly unlikely that he repeats last season's numbers, but he does come at a discount, and I think he'll be his normal .270, 10 homer, 75 RBI self that plays solid defense.

I guess I was just holding out hope that we were the mystery team in on Harper.

Kind of irks me. We're not gonna spend the money to be a true contender even though we have it. Yeah, Astros and Cubs had a lot of home grown talent, but at the same time, they're not winning it all without some key signings/trades for proven talent.

We can. He's not a bad fallback option, but I'm pretty disappointed we were never in on Harper.

But who knows, maybe Harper gets lazy after getting paid and is a bust for whoever signs him and the money we save allows us to lock up Acuna long term when he ain't playing for the minimum anymore.

If we don't make another move, this will be the most disappointing offseason I can remember. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather basically stand pat than do another BJ Upton deal, but we took the path of least resistance here. It's a very popular move with the other players, and clubhouse chemistry is a real thing, but I think we missed a real opportunity to improve the club.
