That Cowboys -4 over the 49ers is interesting. It seems like the bookies are just asking you to take Dallas... and you know what that means.

What? It doesn't matter where a game is as far as deciding whether or not it is an upset regardless of whether or not they are getting points for being at home. When all is said and done (home team, injuries, better team, line movements, etc) a spread is created and if you are getting points you are the underdog and if you win it is "technically" an upset. If you want to argue levels of upsets, that's different, but technically it is an upset.Whatever so a pickem game there is no upset agreed. Yet in general terms where a team gets 3 points for being @ home isn't?
Not sure why that rustled your jimmies this morning? But whatever technically your wrong.
lol you don't even know how point spreads work
Giants are the home team.
I think the Cowboys finally play a really good game and look like a good team and "upset" everyone on here
if a team is getting points, its an upset, period, unless its a pickem...........yes teams at home generally get 3 points, still doenst discount it as an upset.......you and your brother are sad souls
I have a problemYou guys are arguing semantics.
You are both right depending on how you define "biggest upset"
Do you really have a problem with somebody saying "Denver over Chargers is not an upset?"
Or do you have a problem with everything NWPATSFAN says??????
Some people truly do not understand how lines work. They don't realize there is a difference between odd makers and book makers. It's all about the vigs or the $ the house can make/not lose. When teams are relatively even they get 3 points based solely on them being at home. So when a visiting team wins it's not technically an upset. The line was based on where the bookmakers felt the $ would be laid. As the $ moves so does the line. You guys are arguing semantics.

You are right. Not sure why people wanted to get wrapped around the axle on semantics.
Let's have a great day of football ending with a NE win.

With their being a line.
They aren’t playing in a neutral site therefore it’s not a pick em it’s pretty clear. Why bring up an argument when we know there is no neutral site. He’s just trolling, and ur backing up your brethren
