Had some fried oatmeal this AM. Leftovers from what was made yesterday.

Fry it up in butter till is gets crunchy outsides, brown sugar and a dribble of milk in the bowl .

Delish.

Daughter unit just had her wisdom teeth out so keeping it easy to eat. Pork and vegetable dumplings done in peanut sauce.

I did not sorry i missed this. Im assuming i forgot about it.
No worries.

Soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, ginger, pepper and fish sauce. Simmer until it blends together and then turn off the pot. Slice our Salmon in 2" strips and place face down in the sauce. Pressure cook for 2-3 min depending on thickness. It's good.

Also, look up Vietnamese caramel chicken.

It really doesn't take that much work if you're doing simple rolls. Just did tuna, cucumber, cream cheese, and broccoli sprouts.

I've got this plastic clamshell contraption.... Just load it up, squeeze it out

Nice....I have a recipe with skirt steak, spread dijon mustard, caramelized vinegar onions, parmesan cheese, rosemary, parsley....roll and tie....xvoo, s&p and grill.....slice and top with garlic olive oil.....

This was pretty simple, butterflied flank steak, goat cheese, roasted red peppers, and spinach
