I can smoke a potato for 20-30mins in the traeger with those... As opposed to the 3-4hrs it took before lol.

anyone ever use one of those subscription produce services? My sister got me on imperfect foods. I got an order last week. Legit.......prices are really good.........stuffs fresh as can be, delivered right to your door, inventory changes each week, but fruits, produce, meat, deli, spices, dry pantry items etc.......im in......

Yes, I liked it a lot, but it was too much for me and a lot of stuff ended up going bad before I could use it all. I also like the meal prep services (HelloFresh, Blue Apron, etc.) but had the same issue. But yes, definitely a great service.

Yes, I liked it a lot, but it was too much for me and a lot of stuff ended up going bad before I could use it all. I also like the meal prep services (HelloFresh, Blue Apron, etc.) but had the same issue. But yes, definitely a great service.
Yeah? I guess the nice thing with imperfect foods is u can order as little or as much as you want. And get it weekly. Delivery is 5.99 if under 45 order I think? But the prices rock. I figured if I did it weekly...I can not over order that much... I think with misfit market you have to order a “box”

last week I screwed up my order and only got 3 pears and 2 blocks of Parmesan cheese. But they will still deliver that little bit.

Looking for some super simple sauce/marinade suggestions for the following :

mahi mahi
Ahi tuna
Flounder
Cod
Salmon

i have some that i use, but anything new. Heck any simple sauces ppl may use for anything, chicken even.

big fan of some simple, salt/pepper/maple syrup/honey or dijon mustard on white fish or lean meata.

A real easy one is a balsamic reduction. The flavor isn't for everyone but it makes my mouth pop.

Do you grow garlic by chance? Garlic scape pesto is pretty easy and good with fish or chicken.

i do not grow garlic, but I do have some balsamic vinegar.

Im getting groceries tommorow and could get fresh garlic

The GF made beef spare ribs in the Ninja Foodie the other night, with roasted vegetables. Damn that was good. Cooked perfectly and fall-off-the-bone tender.

Try the Soy Vay marinades, the hoisin garlic is great on everything....

The scape is the green top of the garlic. Usually cut them around here in May, before they stiff and flower out. I doubt you would find them in a store. Side note, garlic is super easy to grow.

One thing I like on my white flesh fish is a good mango salsa. Cilantro, tomato, red onion, mangos (canned is fine), jalapeno if you like some heat. Pretty easy to throw together.

Ubfortunately, heat dislikes me, only very Small amounts occasionally can i tolerat
