Drew Brees went 29/30 on passes, making history for best completion percentage.
If he had gone 30/30, he could have tied what Kawhi did a few days ago with a one hundred percent free throw percentage.
Too bad Brees didn't.
I am glad Brees did it. Because Alex Smith was had the record but they had determined that one of his passes was lateral and so therefore it was not a pass. So he did not have the record. Brees record is bigger. So now it doesn’t matter.
And the reason it bugged me is because the next game is the one that Smith got his concussion in San Francisco. When he put Kaepernick in, the coach said that he was going to stick with the hot hand and it was so stupid because how could you be more hot than someone who completed every pass except one? And the game before that I think he had five touchdown passes. And the game he had the concussion, he was six for seven or seven for eight. Especially when the game before he made the public decision, Kaepernick lost because of a boneheaded/rookie mistake play.
I am glad Brees did it.
Sage advice from a know nothing Jazz fan.
When was the Sacramento tip-in, or what happened? Was that a game this year?
