(I don't know which broadcaster said that. I wish I knew.)

Ok, it's Bill Schonely. I wish I had audio of any game he said that.

Rudy Gobert is shooting 58% this year, which to me, is a big departure from 68% and 65%, of the previous two years.

Russell Westbrook, an eighty-one % career shooter, is shooting 61%.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, a career 74% shooter, is shooting 68%. That might not seem too far off. But the thing is, he's averaging a career high 9.0 free throw attempts per game. So due to the volume of attempts he gets, he's even farther off from his career mark, then if he were taking a lesser volume. If he were taking a lesser volume, it might only take a few games to get to his career average. But because he's attempting so many, it will take even longer for him to improve enough to get to his career average.

These guys are killing me with their bricks.

I love how Aldridge made all of his FTs yesterday.

I would have subtracted 8 points from his 56 point game, if he had missed a FT. For ruining perfection.

Steve Nash has a career 90.43% and is the leader.

That's underwhelming to me.

I would have thought a lot of people had 91%+ FT careers.

There's only 3 players with 90%+ careers! That's sad.

With how many individual seasons of 94%+ there are, can't more of these players finish with 90%+?

Nowitzki's best season is 87.87%. That's really sad. I thought he would have had several 90+% seasons.

He really needs to play another year, so he can accomplish that goal. That's more important than career points.

He has to have at least one 90%+ season.

Jack Sikma is now in the hall of fame.

He's a career .849 FT shooter, the best in history for a center.

PopcornMachine's GameFlows - Denver Nuggets @ Portland Trail Blazers - May 03, 2019

Denver had a 6 point lead in the 3rd, and a 5 point lead with 1:56 left in regulation, and a 4 point lead with 32 seconds left in triple overtime.

Thoughts on the quadruple overtime game? I'd never seen one before.

Portland shouldn't have let it get that close.

But Denver had some bad turnovers and missed FTs in the overtimes.

Both teams blew 4 and 5 point leads during the overtimes. Portland did it twice.

I could be wrong, but I think for playoffs games that are two overtimes or more, the road team wins more of them.

Or, maybe they win a greater percentage than they do during the regular season.

@MHSL82, maybe this is another project for the Basketabll-reference.com play index?

What percentage of regular season games that are two overtimes or more are won by the home team, and what percentage by the road team?

And what about the playoffs?

That’s a good idea, as I am already working on an overtime analysis but not with that focus.

Anthony Davis was 26 for 27 last night. His miss was his sixth attempt. So that means he made 21 in a row after that.

Tied for second best percentage for those who shot 27 or more free throws.

@nuraman00 - Trivia question: who did he tie and who has the record?

Did he tie Wade, Harden, Pierce, Durant?

I don't think either one of them have the record.

He tied someone who is not playing anymore but played for a long time. Not a Jazz player.

Can you give a hint about the year era, or team?
