damn good casting IMO...very close to what I always pictured for Tam.

not too sure on this casing though. but that might be because Lan was easily my favorite character (well, him and Mat), so maybe I'm being a bit overly critical. In way the facial features are close to what I always imagined for Lan, but not really the build. I see him as a bit taller and thicker, heavier...a big guy but with the lighting fast reflexes of a smaller guy.
to me it's easily WH. fuck, that book bored the hell outta me. Perrin and Faile were the two most useless, boring main characters of the series.
More casting news:
- Alvaro Morte is Logain Ablar
- Hammed Animashaun is Loial
- Alexandre Willaume is Thom Merrilin
- Johann Myers is Padan Fain
They cast Bela!

Played HS BBall against that dreamboat.
I was 17 when I caught up (between books 11 and 12), and my Dad had apparently already figured it out. In fact, he seemed rather confused as to the fact that it was a mystery and just knew who did it when he read it.That mystery was much less satisfying to me as it was to others.

Wait. Now I am doubting who I thought did it. . .I suppose i should spoiler tag this, but i wont actually name the guilty party...
the murderer hadnt even been established as a character at the time of the murder. Namedropped a few times, but never played a part in the actual action, either as a PoV character, or just appearing in other characters' chapters, until the following book.
That seemed like lazy writing.

Towers of Midnight said:A ruthless killer, she was responsible for the deaths of Aran'gar and Asmodean and for the destruction of Mesaana.
