i normally would say no to this trade but Rice is playing like shit so i'll take AP.
Sorry bro. Your team sucks and is on a fast track to nowhere. By the time that ship is righted AP will be a broken down has been. May already be happening:
Adrian Peterson of Minnesota Vikings dealing with hamstring issue - ESPN
Currently he's 7th in rushing. Maybe I'm already overrating his value. Like I said, the shelf life for an NFL RB is just too short and AP may be near the end of his. If he stays with the Vikings he'll have played his last best days with a team going nowhere. Shame.
The Chiefs were a dumpster fire last year. Do you think they should have traded Charles?
I am pretty sure he is implying that it is such a ridiculous idea to trade Peterson that the thread belongs to a forum where it would be more effectually topical.

His talents are being wasted on that crap team. They should trade him to some contender for their entire draft and then start over. The shelf life of an NFL RB is jus too short to not think like this. They should get all they can for him while he's still a valuable commodity. And give AP the chance to win something. He's not going to win crap in Minnesota.
The Vikings will never trade AP.
Why trade AP? Grab a good QB in the draft and all of the sudden you are talking about winning the division
That's exactly why you trade him. You make it seem like it's no big thing to get a good QB in the draft; the success rate is very low. And even if they did pick a good prospect, it usually takes many years for them to reach their potential; by that time AP's career is winding down.
