...Clowe's agent has been heavily involved with Sharks in determining a potential landing spot. Still some work to be done. Still isn't clear to anyone yet whether SJ will be trading Clowe as a pending UFA (rental) or a guy with his extension pre-arranged. I suspect all involved in Clowe situation will work today to advance process but whether it results in imminent trade remains to be seen.

If its something cheap like 3 years and 8 mill (like 2.75 per) I'd be happy with that. I imagine someone out there would give him 4 mill a year and if thats the case we need to trade him now, if he can bring back a 1st and a top prospect he must go!

Braun or Demers would be my guess but there were rumors a while back that the were interested in Boyle.
