With all the naysayers here telling us the guy is a bum you would have thought he would never see the field.
Well he did play and played well enough to play another game.
Not the first guy BB picked up with "issues".
OK he may not be the brightest bulb on the tree but he did manage to pickup enough of the difficult NE playbook to get in there.
I'm happy with him and so is the Dark Lord. That's good enough for me.

He Fd up bad, there is no arguing that, but everyone deserves their day in court, and chance of redemption. Add in the fact he is currently innocent of any crimes.

He is young, and hopefully he learns from it, grows and becomes wiser.

So is Brady otherwise he wouldn't throw it to him. Not sure why he dropped so many balls with AZ? Could be that wobbly ball Palmer throws?

Possibly, I have no clue but I am happy with him so far and apparently coach agrees.
Like you have said, we will ride him for all he is worth with very little to loose.

It has to mean something that the Pats were the only team willing to take a chance on a talented WR in a very bad position. They have a history of stretching the boundaries to keep winning.

It means to many teams are worried about perception instead of their team, and the possibility of helping a young man in need of help.

There is no way you actually believe 90% of the shit you post here.

Of course they aren't the only team that does that. In this case it seems a good pickup.

Are the Pats the only team that picks up players so that they can "help a young man in need of help" (according to NEPatsfan?

Thank god for the Patriots. What would this world be like without them???

A worse place that's for sure.. ;)

All teams believe in giving a player a second and third chance.
;) OF COURSE it's directly proportional to the talent level of the player.

The only difference is that some teams have less "capital" to give players with problems that chance. The Patriots do have the capital. And some people think the Patriots organization is built to give such problem players a better chance at success. We can debate that aspect if you want.

That's so freakin' funny. I actually got stuck in my office building's elevator this morning.

Good you had a laugh.
I don't think I want to sell "the high road" on this subject.
I think I'll stick with "good football move"
As far as helping the young man - great if it works. If not, somebody would have signed him.
He's been "a hit" with NE so far......

Floyd played like a freaking beast on Sunday. Patriots are going to get a whole lot of good play out of him. What a coup.

Well...he's in "god's" hands now. Patriots fans show their excitement:
