Both washington schools will likely improve when their current QB's are gone. Halliday is only a junior though isn't he? :L Poor cougs might have another season of more ints than TD's next season. :suds:

I wouldn't be surprised to see Florida State vault over the Ducks in the new BCS rankings coming out tomorrow afternoon. There is a good chance one of these teams will be very dissapointed at the end of the regular season.

Me either as FSU has now blownout 2 Top10 ranked teams. Christ, did you see those FSU lines going to work in the trenches tonight? Maulers.

If Oregon ran the table and were left out of the NCG they would have to look no further than Nicholls State for the reason why. Doubt it happens though.

Nicholls > Idaho

FSU has freaking Idaho in 3 weeks.

ESPN is hyping the showdown on Thursday night pretty good this morning...

They were 20 point underdogs last year. Of course Stanford has a chance. I predicted 11-1 season for Oregon this year. This week being the 1. I really would like to be wrong

not a chance bro. Stanford has no offense to keep up with Oregon, Stanford is also weaker at the defensive position than they were last year, while Oregon is better offensively.

Stanford has a great D, but they lost a lot of last years offensive weapons that made them such a challenge for opponents DCs to deal with.

It's at Furd which is a plus. But the key for Furd just like last year is force some turnovers and keep the score close. If it's close at the start of 4th Q, they got a shot again.

I don't man, I honestly think your worrying about nothing, to me this Oregon team is the best team they have ever had, I think for Stanford to pull the upset Ducks would have to have serious melt down....

Agreed. It's not like we didn't know Leach like to pass alot. And the Cougs are noticeably playing tougher ball. Wulffs teams were so soft, it was like watching a woman's lacrosse team.

Leach is making progress. It's night and day better than Wulffy's weekly symphony of Cougin it.

What progress has Leach made? Every year Wulff was every player improved. With Tool bag every player outside of Marks has regressed. I know the douche hates running but since he pissed away his season how about putting the best running back back at RB instead some gimmick slot guy. Kiffin/Wulff massively >Leach.
