Typical "backazz" Bama gonad response to a club I predicted going 7-0 to start this season and just hit a speedbump called EWU....now that were in the "meat-n-tators" of the sched....what you say now cept "coulda, woulda, shoulda?

Yeah Cal then what? Guess we'll wait-n-see according to YOUR "vision"...Gotta LOVE da PAC12, eh 420?:laugh3:

You aren't in the meat-n-tators part of the schedule at all.

So what, we just can't be a good team on the road beating a a good team play at home?

Of course you can. I just don't think you will.

I still think Stanford is a BCS title contender, they need to beat Oregon and have some help now though. I don't believe UCLA is at that level yet. Definitely a good team but Stanford is a notch above imo.

UCLA might be better than I think. It wouldn't hurt my feelings to see them beat Stanford. Upsets happen and UCLA is certainly good enough to win at Stanford. But again, I don't think they will.

I think Stanford will right the ship after their loss at Utah and you guys are first up for them after that loss. I liked your chances better before they lost actually.

Go ducks. I just woke up, not terribly hung over, but we had one hell of a good time. Husky fan showed their good side for the most part. Lots of douches at game day. But other than that it was great.

You rivaled Marcus Mariota for Seattle trip MVP.

You my friend, put on an all time great performance.

I would LOVE to play USC this year. Unfortunately you have a long haul to just be competitive in the South

The way shit is shaken out now, everyone needs to stay on there toes and get ready for anything, I'm still in awe about Utah, that was bigger then Texas yesterday...

Washington wont lose another game this season.

If they stay healthy they are 10-2 with an outside shot at a BCS game. Most likely however an Alamo Bowl bid.

Where they will curb stomp a Big12 team.

THe PAC is on fire and the real deal.

And like I said since April, I see Stanford losing 2 or 3 PAC games, most likely 3.

We will see.

Unless the B12 champ is Baylor. That could be scary

:agree: My post was mainly tongue in cheek. Does USC have the overall talent to make a run in the South? Yes. However, I'm not sure that we have the depth to pull it off. I think that for the rest of the season, we will see games similar to Thursday. Get a lead and then try to hang on at the end.

I mainly want to see more of what we saw on Thursday, a team that is having fun and playing with emotion. The rest will take care of itself.

Ya, I think they will play the # 2 or 3 Big12 team in the Alamo.

Baylor looked human yesterday against KSU.

UW could easily handle Oky, Texas, Oky State.

Somehow if they play Baylor that would be entertaining.

yeah, my texts were going through because I had others responding. Even took two calls and some texts from work about an emergency and all went both ways fine. Not sure what happened with yours.

I was called a 'fake fan' by another UW supporter for even saying we were trying to meet. So I ended up not hooking up for a beer and being insulted by a member of my own base.

Still, I put up the avi you said you were leaning toward. If you want a different one just send it to me. I'm fine with anything.

UW won't lose another game? I don't know if I'd agree. Beating both ASU and UCLA on the road are really tough challenges. If Stanford is a bad as you believe then UW playing them tough on the road isn't nearly as impressive. But their glaring problem of kick off coverage on special teams isn't likely to be totally fixed by next weeks game and that could again be a factor on the road. I said they were an 8 win team this year coming into the season and I'd be surprised if they won more than 9 still. That defense yesterday wasn't nearly as good as they have been and will prevent them from beating every other team they face. Especially UCLA.

You don't have to worry about kick coverage against us. Our special teams are terrible. At least they finally stopped putting Grice and Strong back there to return kicks.

congrats wallace and native for your win last night. I passed out long before it ended (hate all these fucking late games), but it looked like you pretty much dominated them. Only reason I took WSU on the pick'em is they HAD to have this game to even have a chance at going to a bowl this year. After that loss I think it's highly likely they don't win another game the rest of this year. @oregon next, home against ASU, at the wildcats (best chance at sneaking out a win), then Utah at home and a road trip to Seattle to finish out the year. Cougs are improving, but look like they end up with the same old season results and lots of free time on their hands over the holidays.

At Stanford our normal kicker for kickoffs apparently had a bad back and really sucked ass. Yesterday they did what they did last year and had Coons do kickoffs, field goals, AND punting. He can do any of them, but doing all of them wears him out and can't continue long without seeing what we did last year. I don't know if Van Winkle is still hurt, or they just wanted to go with the experienced kicker against Oregon, but we need him back doing his kickoffs. He was booting most of them into, or out of the end zone before his back problem.
