He was horrible. He would recruit thug players and he had terrible coaches around him. I know his history good recruiter, no discipline though, and when your recruiting players from cenntenial you need discipline. He was never good at ASU and his heart was never in it poor conditioning and discipline issues led to guys like Vontaze Burfict going undrafted. Now look what Burficts doing in the NFL?

I don't know about OSU but at Miami he made a living recruiting thug players. His Miami teams are the reason for all of the strict rules now about excessive celebrations and unsportsmanlike conduct.

BTW Burfict just got fined for some dirty hits last week.
