That's just their 'white' helmet and I'd be surprised if they keep it that way. They will wear their gold ones most of the time. They don't wear white helmets often. Just 'special' games.

Oh I got that, and that's why I said I'd be surprised if that stayed. I mean if they allow that then why not allow another team short spikes? Then next thing you know teams will be wearing pickelhauben

It's all about coaching at the college level. Lose your signature coach and things can go south in a hurry. Wooops! Chip Kelly is gone you say?

Oregon was quite fortunate to get a pretty darned good coach after a good coach. Bellotti and Kelly held the fort down for quite a while and had a nice little run. Can't call it more than that since it didn't get you any titles, but it was still a nice little run.

Helfrich? Yeah, he's a world beater.

trophy case is bigger than your bowl trophy case. Sad.
