Runners NEVER use that term "jogging", which leads me to believe you never do either.

I lift. My friends have me convinced that cardio kills muscle gains, so I don't do cardio much. I don't see what is wrong with using the term jogging though

Either way...exercise is a good thing..When lifting, I prefer right arm can curls.

Millions of dollars being proposed for more of those pretty green bike lanes in downtown, now the catch, according to the city stats department 4% of downtown folks commute by bike!

I guess 20 more years of pot holes in the city for those 4% riding there bikes to work!

This is sort of off topic but my time in Florida reminded me of how bad the traffic is in the Seattle metro area, the city specifically. Seriously in Orlando it takes about half the time to drive 15 miles as it does in Seattle.

When I first started in high school it was embarrassing how much stronger my right arm was than my left arm if you know what I'm saying

Dude it's not just that. Even the back roads are ridiculous compared to Florida. I don't know much about infrastructure design but I have to assume the way they lay their roads out must be more efficient than how it is around here.

In Hawaii, ( Maui to be specific) your driving on a highway down there and its posted 35 or 45 in certain spots. Now it's not like there is a scenic spot or anything but that is there speed limit...

Yep, or you got your stuff done early and stayed of the major roads, take front street all the way through, that way you can just dodge pedestrians...
