MEMO TO ALL PAC BROTHERS:

Bit concerned about our Leader the "White Mamba".

Man has been in short supply of late since last Thursday nite. I understand the wind was taken out from his sails, but he bleeds for those Ducks and makes this board worth reading all the time. Perhaps he spending more time with family and THAT I could understand. From my perspective, he has helped to ground me and allowed me to remain when most would have hit the flush button long ago. Most Duck fans would have done this to a "bark rat", he didn't.

SIR Mamba...More posts from you please, it tells me all is right in your world during this fine CF season.

What they need to do is just have a 'special' place for Wallace for when he drinks. A thread all his own that he is locked in at the first sign of one of his patented tirades so those of us who enjoy it can still have our fun and the regulars who seem to get their panties all in a wad over it can ignore him. I know it has been much better since he has been perm banned from the politics boards, but he has still dumped sand in the manginas of many of those sensitive readers a couple of times since then.

T-MINUS 32 hours now till we get to watch a very good game that is evenly matched.

I chose UCLA to cover, but that's NOT TO SAY UWUB will come down and play flat.

After "redisection" of the teams common opp Oregon, both played great against em well into the 2nd halfer only to succumb late to the Ducks. It really is a coin flipper as to who just wants the game more.

Definately worth watching in my OP...

As I broke it down on our team board both teams are fairly evenly matched on paper with UW having the edge in the running department and UCLA the passing game with both having similar defenses stat wise. Having Sankey > Jack is the obvious big advantage for UW and sadly Hundley > Price especially at home.

Both teams have better pass defenses than rushing defenses which should favor UW heavily, but KP has gone missing way too many times on the road.

I picked UCLA to win in the game thread, but I might take UW in the pick'em. It really is a close game on paper and I could go either way with it.

I have NEVER NOT picked Oregon State all year, even tho I knew they would not cover. They are MY team and should always be given the play when in doubt.

Either way that will be a big game. If UW loses this game there will be a lot more desperation in the Oregon State game because they really don't want to be looking at another 7 win regular season. I would say you might want to root for UW as there will be a lot less on the line for them if they come into that game on the backs of a win than a loss.
