Any Washington fan with an IQ above a peanut would pull for their rival if it meant putting Washington into the conference championship game.

Probably a corporate move like me. I've bumped into a couple UW peeps down here. Just met new neighbors behind me and they are OS grads. Cal grad down the street. PAC is invading Texas

I've seen where a lot of California companies have been moving to Texas due to tax breaks but you'd think someone from Washington would have ties to the Seahawks or Mariners.

Or he could be old like me - growing up grabbing a favorite NFL team Seattle didn't have one -and who would want a latch onto a team that hasn't been to the playoffs in 15 years???

I was a Vikings fan when I was a kid but once Seattle got a team that was it ... goodbye Fran Tarkenton, hello Jim Zorn.

LOL - my brother is a Viking fan. He had Fran Tarkenton Jersey I had John Brodie. We both stuck with our teams instead of switching to the Hawks. I had the 80's & 90's - he is loving life now.

It wasn't easy being a Viks fan back then... blasted in one super bowl after another. I remember Brodie although he didn't get much press back then. It was the usuals soaking up the media .. Tarkenton, Stabler, Griese, Staubach, Bradshaw, etc...
