I won't think of the Cougs as a true threat until they get a halfway decent defense. If they can get a squad that can make a stop here and a 3 and out there the Air Raid will take care of the rest. Until then they have to outscore folks and with the recruits Oregon and Washington pull in that is a difficult task.

Being a Beaver...I can identify with a Cougar...we have been pounded for years by the PAC BIGGIES. Always nice to see a "feel good story" come out of either.

Especially after out scathing letter from our AD. Basically pleading us to donate more because we have more pride than Chainsaw Charley.

Well, you put me in the position to defend one who doesn't deserve it, but as a rule I don't like dictators period, even when they are right; no one I know of has accused you of being fair. Deal with what? Is posting on this thread such a privilege? But I can see your point, if your personal friends didn't post, there wouldn't be a thread.
