Nope, but maybe he will surprise me. I also think those first three AAA replacements might eventually push out those last three rotation members.

That, and the fact that I didn't include Taveras or Lowe shows how much depth we have. Some of that depth should be able to be used to trade for that ace.

In reality, I think a couple of those lineup spots will be taken by free agents, but I decided not to take that into account.

Re our rebuild and what we look for, I have always been of the opinion that you need to be great defensively up the middleand big hitters at the corners

We have had a good defensive year although Gallo was a huge component of that. Not sure where Bubba Thompson fits in but he is an athlete. At SS that is why I hesitate on Storey as it looks despite a big arm he is digressing defensively. Funny how Tatis may play LF for a bit due to injuries and rigors of the position. Hoping Garcis can rebound the second half on offense. Looks like he can handle the field

Story is having a down year by his standards but he's still very much an above average SS, but I'm also not advocating for signing him either, just stating the stories of the demise of his defense have been greatly exaggerated

Maybe but his best use for Rangers will be when he is over 30. This is why I hesitate. Rather look young
