Yes, and he will still likely be a late first round, early second round draft pick.

One scout said of him that he is the best corner prospect he has seen come out of college in 14 years.

NFL teams won't care about his personality or temper. He's still going to get paid.

In the last 24 hours, the Cougs 2015 class went from No.40 or higher to cracking the Top30 and now has at least 4 4-star commits based on most recruiting sites. Arrrrrrrr........

Not just WSU looks like the whole Pac 12 really jumped in the ratings. Colorado is up to 53 and Utah up to 45. I think they had both been at the very bottom of the P5 conference teams.

Yeah, with the NFL focusing in on player conduct, I think there will be some teams that will pass on him. However, with his kind of talent, it's likely only going to cause him to either drop a few spots in the 1st round or maybe into the early to mid-2nd round.

Probably costs him a little money, but not too much. If he behaves himself and plays well, he'll make it up in his 2nd contract.

Good point on the timing, but you are right that it won't cost him that big of a drop. It would be different IMO if he had been involved in domestic violence or something like that. He's more like a Percy Harvin than AP or Rice. It will be a lower-middle tier team that picks him up and takes chances on him. If you have issues at corner and owners/fans looking for results you are going to take that risk for sure.

Damn Oly! That was the greatest moment I have ever seen on twitter.

Not only getting Phil Steele to take advice but saying " it is a great idea" !!!

Fantastic man. Oly's idea will be published in 2015's Steele CFB bible.

:10:

and just remember I had that idea scrolling twitter while sitting on the pot.

3-star JUCO WR Isaac Whitney (Riverside CC) commited to USC. As one of the top WR prospects on the west coast, he's a very solid get for Sark. His offers included Cal, WV, and Florida.

Riverside CC is sending quite a few of their players to D-1 schools and many are going to P5 schools. They've been building that program up for awhile and it's been paying dividends for the kids.

Bowl season kicks off tomorrow.

Just a reminder to all that participated in the Pac Pick'em all year to at least get picks in for the Utah game. You don't have to pick all of the games and you don't have to make all of your picks at once, just no closer than one hour before kickoff for any game you make a pick for.

Don't be the one that doesn't get any picks in and ends up in last place for the season because of it.

I'm sick of reading recruit posts in here...

It's ok wally. I'm sure your squad will fill in the holes with whatever 2* athletes are left after the big boys get done picking all the meat off the bones of the high school and juco vines in the conference. We will see if your new guy can get the most out of them the way Riley was often able to do.
