I wish this Marner deal would get done, I think it's holding up other RFA's signing their next contracts (like Tkachuk in Calgary).

I don’t know who the modern day equivalent of Grant Fuhr and Glenn Anderson are but I don’t fucking want them.

Yesterday, Kaapo Kakko signed his entry level deal with the Rangers and today the top pick in the entry draft signs his deal.

It's a great deal, was hoping the Devils would grab him. We still need a top 6 winger but I fear Shero will roll the dice with in house options.

That was the one thing with Shero in Pittsburgh he could find the proper in house option, it did help having Crosby or Malkin as their center.

As for Dzingle it looks better and better after the deals Ferland and Tanev got.

Hope that Brind'amour can use him correctly. He wasn't a "Torts" player. And he will be in Carolina far longer than Torts will be here.

Good luck Zinger. Loved watching you at OSU and hoped to do the same for a bit longer at the big rink...

Dzingel's pretty good at what he does, good pick up for Carolina.

Would have liked to see him sick in Columbus, but he definitely didn't mesh with Torts

On another board I'm on they were asking who people thought could surprise this year. I said the Canucks. I think they'll sneak into the playoffs as a wild card.

Jim Benning's job likely depends on it.
