Sounds good blue, was it easy to make?
I like easy....

lol...yea real easy! You put 1/2 lb. mild italian sausage and 1/2 lb. hot italian sausage, 1 cup chopped onion,2 garlic cloves(chopped), 5 cups of beef broth, 2 cups of chopped tomatoes, (1) 8 ounce can of tomato sauce, 1 zuccini(chopped), 1 Carrot(chopped), 1 green pepper(chopped), 1/2 cup white wine(optional), 1 teaspoon of basil, 2 teaspoon Oregano, and 8 to 10 oz of cheese tortellini and parmesan... Saute' sausage until done. Transfer to bowl. Leave 1 tablespoon of drippings int the skillet and saute onions and garlic. Then put in the remaining ingredients except the tortellini. Simmer for 40 mins. Then add tortellini and simmer for anohter 8 minutes or until tender and then when you serve a bowl of it sprinkle some parmesan on top...and enjoy.:becky:

Woke up to a half-inch of snow on the Cruiser and a dead possum on the porch... seriously.

Despite the weather and the carrion from heaven, we ate out for breakfast.
