My Droid X is capable also.
With Verizon here however, you have to pay extra to use it as such.
Check that out first.
Also it is not unlimited, but metered??

My daughter has downloaded an ap that makes your smartphone a hotspot for free.
Don't recall the name, but she say's it's quite slow..

well that is good to know,I will call them friday,I have already order a galaxy 3g tablet,my old netbook took a bath and I had to do something

The tablet should be nice.
I like the Droid OS and that tablet is using it.

it was reasonable in price I would have like a larger one but with them starting at $500 plus I settled for the Galaxy $200

the big thing is I will be able to see the screen in my truck during the daytime the netbook unless it was dark or overcast you couldn't see it
