The only problem is, in 5 years when he's done with school he could be making some damn good money working for me. I don't want to have him say fuck it pops...I'm just going to stay working in the family business.

well .. college doesn't guarantee that you will find a job and be hired .. it took our boy 2 years to find work in the field he went to school for .. but he has a great gig now .

I know it, that's what I mean. If it takes a while to find a job in his field, he would most likely have to give up a big chunk of money to take the job he went to school for. But we'll keep our fingers crossed anyway. ;-)
