I'm still pissed off that those dumbfucks in Cleveland picked up McCown. As far as Johnny hall-o-fame, only the idiot Brown would waste a 1st rounder on a QB & not play him. If the Clowns are convinced that Johnny College is the future @ QB (shit I hope not!) it's senseless not to play him.

I feel you...even as a stop gap QB, I have no clue what they saw on tape to make that move.

I'm sure you've heard the phrase if someone thinks you're not all that bright...opening your mouth can remove all doubt.

Browns need to remove all doubt...can he play at this level or not...don't let him go into year 3 not knowing what you have...then again...maybe Pettine already knows.

That happens when ownership tries to make personnel decisions. Although I question the Erving pick as insurance for Mack unless he is going to play somewhere this year and take over C next yr...but you still have to like the '15 draft, so maybe they are letting the football people make the decisions now.

I didn't like the way McCown was essentially given the starting job, but they have consistently maintained he's the starter. A coaching staff can't go back on that due to a concussion on the first possession of the season. Not if they want to maintain credibility with their team.

Now that JFF has seen more game time, what are we thinking on him?

I see some potential there. He still isn't making great reads at times and gets out of the pocket too quickly, but his skillset and ability to take off and run help things out. The browns desperately need a big WR for him to throw to along with Barnidge and Johnson as the safety valves and Benjamin as the deep threat. Get that going and they have what looks to be a decent offense.

IMO, the team needs to beef up the defense again in the offseason but they definitely need to bring in a WR because I'm not confident Gordon is going to be around.

tough conditions in kc, windy and cold, not to mention a hot chiefs team.

his accuracy seemed a little off, didn't set hit feet at times, but he was still able to make thing happen with his legs.

needs some talent around him.

manziel is the best qb on that team.
