I wouldn't worry to much. Shero can always give Snow a call. He could probably get Vanek without having to give up to much. Garth is to busy eating donuts & pizza to really be focusing on what his team needs.

John Tavares will miss tonights game against the Devils due to injury. His 245 straight game streak ends. No word on how long he might be out. It doesn't seem to be a serious injury.

You're probably right, but with the cap going up, Wideman's contract isn't really that bad. I wouldn't expect much back from the B's given the contract, but it's worth a call to Chiarelli.

Worth a call for sure, all depends on how high or low Calgary is on moving him.
