I fought over DT or OT for awhile. Told Blue and Smitty I wanted Decker over Conklin if tackle was the choice. Guess I get to find out if he moves over and makes it now? Still don't think he is just a RT like Conklin will be better suited for.

Now I just have to hope the right guy falls to 46. Take DT Billings or Austin and LB Jones or Perry. 2nd and 3rd and Boehm C in the 4th and I'd be pretty happy. Move back in the 4th for a S like Davis or Byard.

Hard to say, as a new GM not sure I want that first draft to have that style of pick. Needing LB help now, he's not the right guy as you won't see him till 2017. I'm still wondering how far Ragland falls now with his aorta issue? All three big LB prospects have health issues. Darron Lee says thanks.

I think Will Fuller could be one of the 10 best players in this draft. He impressed me at Notre Dame. Jalen Ramsey could be a beast as well.. Earl Thomas with size.

I still think we could have gotten Spriggs in round 2 or Beavers in round 4, but I am OK with the pick. I think he will end up being slightly better than Reiff in the long run. Needs to work on his quickness.

I would be OK with trading up a few spots for Billings or Ragland. We could also sit tight as there are a lot of very good defensive players left that could have and should have gone round 1. I might role the dice on Jack too. Even if we got 4 good years out of him and then extend 1 and let him walk that is still good if he is anywhere near close to normal.

Half the teams did not draft well at all in round 1. Makes us look better.
