more lazy, uneducated hockey writing from ESPN. I expect better from LeBrun. Giroux a Hart candidate and Voracek is not? Come on now. The Flyers literally don't win unless Voracek factors in the scoring.

Anyone notice the defense was much better with:

1) A Mac out of the line up;
2) Schenn in, A Mac out; and
3) Only 5 dmen (better than 6 when A Mac plays).

Of course Grossmann gets injured. We may actually be better dressing 5 dmen than playing 6 when A Mac is 1 of 6. Noting how much better we are without A Mac, maybe CC should reappear.

I would kinda like to see CC come back in for Grossmann, keep AMac on the bench another couple of games. But I doubt we'll see that.

I like Schultz, and he's played very well this season relative to expectations. That being said, better options can be had and I don't want him resigned. (barring trading at least 2 of the terrific trio)

I'm still flabbergasted it happened. I based half my rationale on which teams/conferences were good this season based on bad VT team beating OSU.

Turns out the blind squirrel just found it's nut that day. And what a glorious day it was.

That game was the highlite of our season. We either flop or we learn from it and grow together as a young team. It was a brand new OL, a 2nd string QB learning on the go with only one game under his belt. Win or lose tonight, I'm very pleased how this team turned it around. Beating Bama in the Sugar Bowl made me ecstatic. If we beat Oregon tonight, this will go down as one of the biggest improbables in tOSU history, along with the upset in '02 versus the Canes. Very pleased how this season unfolded. Never in a million years did I see this coming. Go Bucks!

G and Jake have been the two best players by far this season, everyone else, meh

Scott Laughton has played a good all-around game but the offense isn't necessarily there yet - but part of that is his linemates too

Steve Mason overall this season has been solid - maybe a tick below where he was last season but it's hard to blame him when you have a defense like this - it's too bad he's been banged up, he needs this rest desperately because it was obvious that he was not healthy

I'd like to see them make some moves and get some picks and cap space - they might even play better if they sell off

OSU recruited me, for Swimming, back in the day. Not claiming this is why they won, but Oregon did not recruit me. Just saying............
