Agreed. It was all around a really nice weekend and I enjoyed the games today. Seems like Nashville did an outstanding job hosting.

I'm not at all surprised that Nashville did the all-star weekend justice, great city and great people that know how to entertain.

^ very cool. I've been to Bridgestone Arena a few times for Red Wings/Preds game when I lived an hour away in Kentucky. Always a great crowd and great athmosphere.

One thing I will miss about living down there is the time we spent in Nashville.

Great city.

After the Preds players and John Scott, I'd say P.K. Subban got the biggest round of applause. Most booed were Perry and Kane. The most well represented fanbase was probably the Blackhawks.

in 1993, the players on the winning team each got a set of golf clubs as their bonus.

I am now officially in love with John Scott and his entire family.

Oh, wait. Two of the family are young girls. Scratch them off the list.
The wife is married and pregnant with twins. Nevermind.
John is 6' 8". Too grand for me.

Forget I said it.

Johnny Gaudreau and Taylor Hall certainly work well together. Maybe they'll both be on the Oilers together someday. That would be fun to watch!

Man... what's a guy gotta do to get negged by Dash around here?!? ;)

i didnt realize george stromboloploploplopolous interviewed Bettman and threw up a softball question (perhaps written by the league office) starting with (paraphrasing) "Now there are rumours that someone in the NHL front office approached John Scott to get him to not attend the ASG"

WOW ... rumours ??? ... so what John Scott wrote in the Players tribune was a lie? Is that what it is Sportsnet/NHL ??? Attaboy Strombo ... nice integrity :L
