Apparently they’re reconsidering the format.

That's good news. I don't necessarily mind expanding to 48 teams - I like seeing new countries make it but 32 teams just works better than 48. Infinitely better than 16x3 though.

Meh, why not? They're winning the group no matter what at this point, barring a ridiculous miracle from Ghana, so why not go for it?

Not that you're wrong but SK is giving it their fucking all, a lot of these guys are auditioning for spots going forward, I'd much rather see them play organized and structurally sound. Prevention is gonna be key in the knockouts, especially if they get past the R16.

Hasn't been a good performance.

Happy SK went through, Uruguay and Ghana pissed me off.

There's a good team somewhere in that Portugal squad but this isn't the right manager to get it out and Ronaldo's presence as anything other than a super sub is a problem. He also bitched about being taken out today. I could easily see this team blow what should be a manageable R16 matchup for the third straight tournament.

I'd really like to see the Cancelo Man City gets to see. That would help a lot I think.
