Big gap between Jamaica and Croatia.

I’d be optimistic because with Davies they had some great outings (ie the games vs Mexico) and also adapted to squeeze out results despite probably being the second-best team vs the US. That’s how this gets done.

Like dash said, let’s get a goal and go from there. Pretty fun to have two teams to cheer for.

Yet if you play a dog and kick it hard, that's what you're supposed to do.

I think they score. They are creative and aggressive.

This needs to go back to 3. Just gives superteams a greater advantage.

Yeah, I look at the bench for teams like Man City and Liverpool and I think there's at least five guys that would be starters on Southampton lol

It gives more impetus to keep hoarding star players even more so.

Another nail in the coffin for the game.

Still can't believe Horgan said no to being part of this.

Horgan is open to re-visiting the possibility of Vancouver hosting some games. He just didn't like the blank cheque approach that FIFA was trying to push through.

Now he is.

Excuses, excuses.

It was a fumble of the large order.

No second chance for a first impression on this from me.

Mission accomplished.
I'm glad they qualified, but I'm definitely not excited about it tonight. I don't think I've ever seen a more night and day soccer team playing home and away. It's harder to win on the road I get that, but it shouldn't be so drastic. Take out the second half against Honduras, and in the other 6.5 road games the US scored 1 goal. At least they took care of business at home, but tonight it's hard not to feel disappointed.

I won't complain too, too much but I don't see how there was enough to overturn that goal on video review. Probably would have had a better result without all the scrubs starting, but I have zero problem with them getting into the game.
