Yeah, I thought so as well - I was reading that Edmonton / province of Alberta were making some additional demands and FIFA told them to get stuffed.

Edit: Sounds like the city of Edmonton wanted FIFA to pay for some upgrades to Commonwealth Stadium and also the cost of replacing the Fieldturf with real grass in addition to other compensatory items.
