this world cup is a lil different. Youd think theyd want to be a little more open to the public to draw more interest in this tournament

It all comes down to the manager, really. Exposure is obviously wanted given the relative obscurity of women's football but if the manager wants to close the doors it's within his/her rights.

They do usually host one or two open practices, though.
