this letter for the payola to Warner at concacaf was addressed to fifas second in command Jerome Valcke

yesterday Jerome Valcke said he did not have the authority to have fifa make that payment

second in command ??? ... only one guy (was) above that lol

African football association says to fifa instead of sending us money for the world cup financing (because the South African govt has decided to give the SA world cup organising committee 10 mill in funding) > send what you were going to send the SA world cup organizing comittee to jack warner at concacaf so he can distribute it under the auspices of the "diaspora legacy fund"

Depends who and what their level was. IMO, unless they get one of the VP's to speak, they won't be able to tie anything to Blatter. Of course, that shouldn't be too difficult given that I doubt many of them want to spend the last 10 years of their lives in and out of courtrooms and eventually in jail.
