Bands like Bad Company and Styx should have been in a while ago. I know the "corporate rock" can be polarizing, but these groups owned the airwaves from the late 70's until the 80's truly kicked in. Even REO, who totally owned 81, and unfortunately after that couldn't get out of their own way.Pretty damn good list

I loved REO in 81 and fortunately could fight that feeling.
Care to elaborate? Keep in mind I was a late blooming 16 yr old.
Oh it was just the use of the lyric, it tickled me. The Hi Infidelity album was a huge album for them, and that is the album you are referencing if my math is correct. I think " You can tune a piano but you can't tune a fish" was better, but the bubble gum always sells.Care to elaborate? Keep in mind I was a late blooming 16 yr old.
My first real exposure to REO was High Infidelity.Oh it was just the use of the lyric, it tickled me. So the only band on the list I’m very familiar with is Bad Company. They were called the best garage band of all time. Early 70,s before I went in the Army, one of the hottest sounds at the kegger was “can’t get enough of your love”Pretty damn good list

So true but they went from bubblegum to pure sap after hi infidelity and I always thought that was a shame. If anything, they should have gone back to "You can Tune....".Oh it was just the use of the lyric, it tickled me. Unfortunate to hear you can't even trust a dealership. Any new or decent cars I had, I always took to the dealership. We always took our Lexus to the dealership in Tacoma. They were fantastic. Great customer service. If they had to keep the for whatever reason we got a free Lexus loaner. We sold it to a friend with over 180,000 miles on it. She drove it over 200k before she sold it. Never had to do any major work on it.The Ford dealer service sucks in my town.
I drive 40 miles to Columbus to get my oil changed.
I went to a "mechanic" in Lagrange and the kid put dirty water in the window washer fluid.
I went to a mechanic I trust here and the kid put the wrong oil in my truck.
I have a twin turbo engine that runs klike a raped ape. I get the service at the dealer because these turbos are sensitive.
My truck will outlast mre if some dumbass doesnot fuck up the turbos or the timing chains......
