Ever see the movie Legend? Will Smith living in an empty New York trying to figure a way to reverse the zombies?

Mother nature would do her thing. Plants would eventually crack the asphalt and concrete. Vines would start to climb every building. She would do it slow in some places and much quicker in others. The earth would regurgitate from its bowels and start to cover areas with fresh lava. Maybe, someday she'd start another race of humanoids and not let them be as foolish as our type has been.

Global warming is not about emissions. It's about covering one third of the earth's surface with man-made materials that hold and reflect heat and keep mother earth from breathing properly.
Yeah I did see that movie I enjoyed that.

I actually gave lectures on this subject.....
Oh that's really cool.

Arbor Day is one of the two organizations I buy from and donate too. They provide me an option of ten free trees or donate 10 trees to a national forest which I always do

I had a DR client who contracted me to clear a property in San Jose that had become overgrown in 10 years. After 3 days of work, I found a house that he was not aware of! You could not see the house after 3 days of clearing!

Like I said, depends where as to what nature can and will do.

In 1962 they put a one mile long granite block breakwater at the mouth of the Saco River in Maine. The Camp Ellis beach on the other side started being affected immediately. The tidal change made the huge beautiful sandbars at low tide disappear by 1972. Today the Camp Ellis Beach is just about gone and so are the houses that were built on it. The houses that were saved on the Saco side became Millionaire estates (Hello Roger Goodell). Now those folks are in a panic because mother nature did her thing on one side and is now taking what she intended to do 73 years ago on the other. Now they want the Army Corps of Engineers to start removing the breakwater.

As the old saying warns.........................."Don't fuck with Mother Nature. Payback is a bitch."

I thought the saying was "you can't fight mother nature" with "and expect to win" implied with it.

Most of the Saco side damage was by the infamous Blizzard of '78. But the toll of the jetty is obvious.
