Saw a guy on television last week and he said, "The Biden administration ordered me to destroy six and half million hens. They told me that I could not give them a second vaccine. They said it had not been fully approved by the FDA.."
That might be a reason why eggs are skyrocketing. Slow government approval and millions of hen deaths.
I paid $9.99 for 18 Large free range eggs at BJs yesterday. Until recently, I ate three eggs for breakfast at least three times a week. Looks like I'll be cutting back to two eggs.
NOTE::: If yolks are separated from the whites, they can be frozen and are safe to eat for four months. The frozen separated whites are good for a year.
