No I am not going to go back and post all the posts you all were crying about Mcsnead, the trades for picks, the signings.. some mistakes were made but plenty of good has been done. Obviously

Rams have been doing very good late in drafts. So I see no problem getting rid of late 1st round picks for guys like Ramsey or Stafford.

Yea, SJ76. You are probably going to be proven right-AGAIN! We bitchaholics have a little trouble with McSnead when they do stupid shit like get rid of Jared Hocker off the PS when they didn't have to due to a miscalculation on their part or worse cutting Jonah Williams outright just because they brought in a legend. I suppose bitchability will have to take a hit for awhile.

Seems like that ankle injury may not be that much of a worry.

Miller was listed as a DNP on the team's Wednesday injury report and McVay said he didn't have enough information as of yet to predict as game status. Miller said he's having some "lingering" issues with his ankle, which he injured in Week 7 against the Cleveland Browns and kept him out of the Broncos' Week 8 win against Washington. However, he added he's confident if he can continue to take it day by day he'll be "good" for Sunday.

Well at least you cleared up what you were talking about.

I never bitched about the picks for Ramsey, and not even about Stafford except for the fact they had to juice it up like they did just to cover their stupid early extension with Goff.

So yes, I did & still will bitch about Les trading picks to move up for Goff, and then extending Goff a whole year early and how that cost them more picks when they had to have seen enough to at least do what Jerry Jones did with Prescott. Dak was on that 4 year deal, not 5, yet they still pushed him out to 5 by tagging him after 4 years. But no, McSnead still extends Goff, who wasn't due for an extension until year 4 in his 3rd year?

Maybe, just maybe after what we all saw in the Super Bowl they decide to take a longer look at Goff before doubling down on that huge contract since they were afforded the time to do so. I mean they just got burned on the early TGIII extension from the year prior. Sometimes it just makes you think..... What is going on in their collectie heads!

I actually like what they are doing with trading draft picks for top talent!

It's just a Win Now approach, but because of their need to cover their asses from early bad extensions, the Win Now window is open for a much shorter period of time.

And because of those early extensions they had to eat Cap which forced them to let talent walk in free agency and they had to juice the Goff trade with extra picks just to make the trade.

Maybe I just don't understand the dynamics of, or benefits with extending an early 1st rounder outside of cap space & getting ahead of the inflatable contract cost for position...

But if it's about the all mighty dollar, they seem to be losing more in the long run on their misses!

But I had a Boss who was a great leader and I had an employee who was great at almost every aspect of his job except he was always late, and she knew this, upon review time I downplayed the problem in light of how much he brought to the table, and I'll never forget this... She called me out on this and said, you can't excuse his failures just because he excels in other areas, it's not good for the organization nor helps him grow in his position.

Kinda like having the perfect Wife, brings home the bacon, rocking body/face, great cook, & house keeper, intellectual , funny, never nags or bitches, always understanding... just one mistake you know of, she's a whore on the town!

QB wasn’t the problem, even though McVay made it sound like it was.

The problem lies with him. Period. His play calling is the detriment to this team. He doesn’t adjust his game plan, sometimes the team isn’t even prepared to play, and even when the game plan is working, he can’t help but revert back to pass happy “genius” mode that usually ends up in loses.

And that’s not even taking into account his drafting ( Atwell over Humphrey when the last thing the Rams needed was another WR ).

And because of the QB trade that doesn’t really improve the team, the Rams have no way to get anyone in the draft that is going to be any help next season.

Then he hires a DC that did not prepare his team on what San Fran does and they go out and get beat badly on two plays that gave the game to San Francisco.

The Rams blew a big lead to the 49ers and even had a 99.6% chance to win late in the fourth.
