Yep, these Rams should get out of the business of participating in social issues. Even they can't get that right with Austin, Cook, and Givens coming out for the game with the hands-up-don't-shoot false narrative last year that is well-known to based on lies. Of course we all know how the Sam debacle worked out and this pink BS for titty cancer should go as well. Stick to football. Heaven knows they are clearly struggling with that to beat the band. Frikin' Fisher should be concentrating on teaching these guys to be consistent winners and not concerned with his players being involved in these social issues BS. Leave that to Tom Brady.

Dude you are getting just too weird is all.

Although, I did think your initial joke was very funny.

How often do you get a player named 'Butt' to joke around about? :noidea:

Did Smed stick his dick in the mashed potatoes again? WTF

Trade Jared Cook to Philly straight up for either Brent Celek or Zack Ertz or maybe Riley Cooper! Do it now!!

..... heck I would even throw in Kenny Britt!!

Not going to happen Zeke. Fisher's boyz are going anywhere.

yah....I hear ya.
This is definitely one of the big reasons our offense is so stagnant. Cook is a HUGE waste! Cant see all of the hype for Kenny Britt either. What the hells wrong with Fisher?

Fisher has a tendency to coach as an NFL ex-player and less like a real coach. The real successful ex-players who became HCs in the NFL and are successful are those who left much of their player experience in the past and became a coach. They stopped having a player mentality like trying to be the players buddy and adopted a coach's mentality. Jim Harbaugh comes to mind. Dick Lebeau is a way better DC than HC but he is a real coach. Jack Del Rio, Ron Rivera are also some good examples. Fisher just doesn't know how to be the players' coach and stop being their buddy.

There's also the factor that offensive skill players are not exactly falling over themselves trying to join the Rams. More emphasis could be applied in the draft, but Britt and Cook were two guys that indeed have upside, but it doesn't appear they will ever routinely reach it (and it won't outweigh their deficiencies).

If statistics indicate anything, this one is quite telling and could probably be characterized under the "Captain Obvious" category. We have scored 84 points and allowed 113. I don't believe there has ever been a winning NFL team with that sort of problem.

Well Retro, since we have a losing record (2-3) it is 'Captain Obvious' but since you want to go into statistical analysis regarding 'winning teams' why don't you look into 'winning teams' vs the toughest part of their season and go from there.

Honestly, there are no guarantees that the Rams will do better for their last 11 games, but if they keep competing like they have, I expect they will do well enough considering our past.

You can selectively dissect any given analysis all you want to demonstrate a basic belief and I am sure there is evidence to support your contention Vita, but what I was suggesting is that from the end result of getting to and winning a superbowl, which is the reason for the OP, there is no evidence to suggest that teams with the disparity in points scored versus allowed that I presented get there to the bowl and win it all. I believe in the modern era, there were probably two to three teams that entered the play-offs with losing records (below .500) but there were soon eliminated and all of them had that particular statistic intact.

Now I know you have a limited ability to understand truth even when the evidence supports it as I posted in post #2721, RF88. A facepalm in light of the evidence I presented suggests you have selectively ignored what has been happening to this team in the last three years in its totality when it doesn't fit your agenda.

Look at the bright side. The Rams play the hapless browns at home. Could be at 500 after Sunday. :noidea:

The hapless Browns are playing good ball right now! They've lost some close games!
