Yep Mamba DJ. A tactician like Kobe would be expected to study the game until he knew all aspects of it. That is one of the many reasons he was so good ALL the time on the floor.
Kobe finessed the NBA....LOL.

Where's Phil when ya need him?
Funny how he turned down 80M from the Lakers, and has managed to now sign two 1 yr deals worth less than 10M total. And now we have two crazy people that nobody in the NBA wants: Westbrook and Schroeder!!
So, the Knicks struck out on Mitchell....got to tinkering around and what about this?
RW, a 1st, and a 2nd rounder for Randle, Fournier, and Reddish?
Gives the Knicks a name in RW to run out there.....if it doesn't work early in the season they could John Wall him and buy him out after the trade deadline and the Knicks tank (since they are a 10 or 11 seed anyway) since they have a 1st in the next draft. And they are without 3 players they really didn't want anyway and they'd have some cap space next summer.
For the Lakers it'd give them Randle who could be a solid #3 to James and AD, a shooter in Fournier that they need (career 38% on treys) and a reserve F in Reddish.
