Need to win this one tonight.
They still need to make a move.....LOL.Looks like all of the "pieces" are playing better. No need for any trades now.
Awesome trade for the LakersTraded Nunn and 3 2nd rounders for Rui Hachimura.
He will be a FA after the season.
Meh, it's something. We needed a wing, we have a lot of guards.Awesome trade for the Lakers
It replaces deadweight on the team with a 4 that can hit the 3. I suppose if his shooting this year is his new normal it is not much, but I think he goes back to his original numbers and fills a need the team has.Meh, it's something. We needed a wing, we have a lot of guards.
He has a high cap hold in the offseason as a FA. He better use the rest of this season as his personal audition for his next contract.
Solid backup to AD when he is healthy and he could play the 4 when AD plays the 5.It replaces deadweight on the team with a 4 that can hit the 3. I suppose if his shooting this year is his new normal it is not much, but I think he goes back to his original numbers and fills a need the team has.
Love that trade.Traded Nunn and 3 2nd rounders for Rui Hachimura.

A 2nd? We'd have to match salary and send somebody there.Josh Richardson is supposedly available for a second from the Spurs. If all the Lakers do is get Richardson and Reddish to add to Rui, that's low cost shopping with some upside. Still that Bog potential trade out there as well.
They will only have about 25-30 mill in functional caps space to sign 10 guys......you're not getting much bang for your buck with that.I doubt it. Probably going to wait until the summer when contracts expire.

I doubt Walker is going elsewhere. Lakers want to keep him.
True, and that is why trading RW there makes some sense like mentioned in the main NBA thread.Of course, although the Spurs are under the cap, so matching isn't as defined. I do believe the Spurs still need to get over the minimum threshold, so they may want to take on extra salary to some level.
Trade him before he leaves.I doubt Walker is going elsewhere. Lakers want to keep him.
