Watched The Hateful Eight yesterday
I believe the Pitt character did not make any money at all. He was just helping the two kids.LOL. Yes It was very unclear. He may have closed the fund because he couldn't deal with the fact that the market is rigged. He seemed the type.
But I honestly don't know.
So Brad Pitt and his pals did ok too, right??
Sicario.
I'd been wanting to see this for a while. The border shootout scene was great.
9/10
Bitch needs to know her role...The Big Short 8/10
Very good acting and solid screenplay but nothing mindblowing.
Dat ending tho!
Without spoiling, what makes it rewatchable and do you think the extended 30 minutes would improve the film by filling in gaps?BvS
I went in with perfect expectations, and that allowed me to actually enjoy it. It ran a bit long in the middle, Eisenberg was baffling, the apex of the BvS fight was eye-rolling. But, at the same time, Affleck was actually pretty good and the way they introduced the "Other guys" was actually well done (I was not expecting that to be well done).
6.5/10
I think it actually has quite a bit of re-watch-ability value.
There is a lot in the movie, so multiple views should provide some new revelations. The fact it is sooo long (and boring, at times) prevent it from being a classic type movie. I would like to see the extended cut, but again, the movie is already too long. Adding 30 mins will make it a real chore.Without spoiling, what makes it rewatchable and do you think the extended 30 minutes would improve the film by filling in gaps?

Eisenberg's a strange dude. Good actor (great in the Facebook movie), but truly an odd duck.
Eisenberg actually auditioned for the cameraman in the desert, but Snyder pulled him in for Lex instead. They turned down Bryan Cranston in favor of Eisenberg.
Tho I guess he's supposed to be young, I assume?
Star Wars; The Force Awakens. 5/10
Dialog was too campy. cheesy IMO. Overall, not a horrible film, but given the nerdgasm heard 'round the world, it definitely qualifies as overrated.
