Going to be tough to sell that to AD and Lebron. The excuse for not making a move at the deadline was "we'll have 3 picks available to trade over the summer." If they don't make some moves, that might be the one way to get Lebron to walk.

They have to hire one before the draft. They could announce before the finals start Thursday or after the finals are complete. The NBA won't want a distraction news event during the finals (and the Lakers have been playing nice with the league, including hanging that In-Season Tourney banner to help promotion).

Hachimura and a few 1st rounders would be more likely to be the trade. Probably take all 3 that we could trade this summer. Mark only makes a little more than 18 mill next season and is due for an extension.

He is the PF that the Lakers could use to give the Lakers some size with AD. Can also shoot the trey pretty well.
