Considering the source, this article does have a closer-to-reality feel to it and the proposed trades are def doable and all three would help.

I don’t think melton is realistic

If he can be had that cheap he can stay in Philly with bird rights

Trading rui for Robinson on the Knicks might be doable

Then use your mle on a wing

The lack of expiring contracts is going to give the lakers problems

They should absolutely trade their pick for Murray (assuming bron doesn’t leave to play with bronny)

That's just it, Q. Headlines all over the place stating Bronny is only going to work-out for two teams: Phoenix and LA. That means Bronny will be a Second Round selection by LA in a couple of weeks and LeBron will be staying in LA.

That is what is being said but he will prolly work out for a few more.

Apparently ex-players during Redick's era are coming forward with support for his hire. I guess this will be gaining traction the longer this goes on.

Melton is likely getting anywhere from 16-20 mill per just like Hartenstein. I doubt Hartenstein settles for anything less.

Jones might be the most realistic....but not sure I like that.

I would actually love it if we could trade for Ingram and bring him back to the Lakers.

The kind of wing we could use and Bron could run the offense as the de facto PG.

I agree. I started down that option at the very beginning. I still think Ingram would be a great addition despite his injury history especially if they trade Hachimira.

What the hype has made this guy into is beyond belief. How is the Bron/Bronny/Lakers alliance going to keep other teams from drafting Bronny in the First round especially if somebody believes all that hype bullshit?? This is going to get messy, I believe.

If someone spends a 1st on Bronny, they will be laughed at. He may have moved up in the 2nd round beyond the Lakers' #55, but a 1st would be a lot to spend for someone who will need to spend considerable time in the G League.

He had a pro day where anyone could've seen him. I don't think it's much of a deal.

You most likely would have to send Rui/Vincent/Reaves and picks to get him (if the Pelicans are even willing to help the Lakers, since they will likely be getting that 2025 1st to finish the AD trade). Maybe DLo instead of Reaves if he opts in?

I could've sworn Melo just called a potential Redick hire with the Lakers a big mistake, lol.

More speculation: James headed to Phoenix. Only if James walks from his coming offered max contract.

Unless he's signing with them for the vet min (not happening), it would have to be a December trade after the moratorium for signing a new contract (and it would need to exactly match the contract of the player the Suns would be trading for him - Durant or Booker).

Things are so chaotic surrounding the HC vacancy and what James is going to do that many times these pundits and ex-players state one thing one week and then the direct opposite the next. Even the Lakers can't decide who to hire.
