Is he though? He looked good his first year but since then, especially after his injury, he's been pretty hit or miss. Some would say he's actually been a disappointment and hasn't developed the way people thought he would.

I agree. He's been overhyped for a while now and I haven't been overly impressed with him. He's a good defender and he's athletic as hell, but he still has a very limited offensive game and he is really inconsistent and make boneheaded plays from time to time.

So many players now resigning with their teams make me think free agency is going to be horrible excluding the miracle love Lebron situation

That means keep Rondo unless a quality young comes back. Shumpert is not the solution
