Well considering the Jags have scored 31 points in 4 games I would take Denver :P

I don't see how Jacksonville keeps it that close. Denver could realistically score 100 on them.

Seems to me that quoting the line is far less interesting than whether you're prepared to give or take the 28, though. That said, you look pretty conservative, so my guess is that you're taking the points.

I don't know Peyton to ever leave the game even with big leads. I would take Denver at this moment.

Osweiler played most of the 4th quarter just last week. :noidea:

The highest before this game was 1976 the Steelers were 27 point fav's over the Tampa Bay Bucs and they covered it. I think the final was 47-0.

I'm pretty sure that even Osweiller could rough up the Jags...maybe they will let him play the whole game

If manning was my QB at his age? No way he plays the second half. I'd also pull out most of my starting skill position players and any key line on both sides of the ball.

Seattle did just that against the same team and it ended up letting them get a couple of garbage time scores. 30 is a lot to ask for in the NFL. I'm sure not putting any skin in that game.

Manning at his age? There have been plenty of quarterbacks that play a full season at his age that do just fine. Legs are the first thing to go in the NFL and since he hardly ever runs not like they need to save his legs for later in the season. Now I do agree just from an injury stand point that if the Broncos get up enough to just go ahead and pull some of the main starters and save them for a game that actually matters but I wouldn't pull Manning just because of his age.

The age wasn't the key. His value to the team was and age just adds something to it. You know, over 40 we don't heal quite as fast as we used to.

Manning is the league MVP right now. Why would you risk injuring him against a team as bad as the jags? Nor would you risk it to any of your most valuable players on your offense especially.

Can you imagine how crazy fans would be if Manning played into the 4th quarter and got injured? There would be riots! Well after they finish their bong hits of course.

I certainly don't want any player and especially manning to get injured, but imagine if they were up by 50 points and Manning was still in the game (per his usual) and he got injured?

I mean a team with nothing to lose can be dangerous sometimes.

Manning's last snap of the game on Sunday was a touchdown to Wes Welker that came with about 30 seconds left in the third quarter and put Denver up 42-13. If the game gets out of hand, he'll come out.
